Runner Confirmations Have Been Sent!

In keeping with our "green" initiative, runner confirmations have been sent by e-mail this year. Anyone registered on or before August 26th should have already received it. We will be sending out another batch this week for most recent registrants. If you did not register for the race with an e-mail address, you will receive your confirmation by mail. If you have not yet received a confirmation by e-mail or mail, but feel you should have, please contact Jodi at jmaclean@arthritis.org or call (585) 264-1480.

Get a FREE Entry! It's Easy!

You can get a free entry if you fundraise for the Arthritis Foundation!  It's Easy!  Raise a minimum of $100 for the Full, $75 for the Half or $200 for a Relay Team. Get pledges from friends, family and co-workers and get your entry fee waived while you help improve the lives of the 46 million Americans who are affected by arthritis…the nation's #1 cause of disability. 

If you already registered and paid your entry fee, it's not too late!  You can still fundraise, and we'll refund you your entry fee!

New Award for Male & Female Winner of the Full Marathon!

In addition to the cash award and the commemorative winner's jacket courtesy of Fleet Feet Sports, the Overall Male & Female Winners of the Full Marathon will also receive a beautiful award made of stained glass, handcrafted & donated by local stained glass artist Doug Schneider. These awards will be a wonderful remembrance of the day!

Pre-Race Breakfast Sponsored by World Gym!

World Gym will be sponsoring a pre-race breakfast race day morning. It will be held from 5:00 am – 6:30 am at World Gym located at 1717 East Avenue. This breakfast is free to all race participants and will include oatmeal, protein bars, fruit, bagels, gel packs, water, gatorade, etc. Because it is the first year a pre-race breakfast is being held, we are trying to get an idea of how many people would be interested in this type of event and it will also help with planning for how many people to serve. We would really appreciate if you could please take a moment to e-mail Kari at World Gym and let her know if you might attend (kariwilliams.kw@gmail.com).
